While we have not heard anything from Jessica Alba (or Cash Warren) since the birth of their daughter Honor Marie Warren, several other ‘Albas’ came forward to the media and gave us a glimpse of what the newborn is like.

When asked about the birth, Josh Alba said “Jessica did everything natural, it was all natural. It went really well [except] my dad [Mark Alba] was on a business trip in Florida, and Jessica just flew him in last minute. He is so upset he has to fly back today.”

“[Honor] is gorgeous,” adds ‘Uncle Josh’. “She looks just like my sister. We are all just ecstatic. SheJessica’s dad (aka Mark Alba) explained “She flew me right out.” He added “She’s got Jessica’s complexion, her hair, her eyes. She looks like Jessica when she was a baby. I thought Jessica was the prettiest baby I had ever seen, but I was wrong.”

Mark admitted that he was overcome with emotion when his little girl became a mom: “I was really choked up. I never thought that I would cry so much. The fact that this little girl came out of my daughter’s stomach, it blows my mind.” definitely looks like an Alba to me.”

Jessica Alba plans on being a mother to her child rather than a friend and hopes that her kids will still come up to her with problems.

In a recent interview to FitPregnancy Jessica Alba said “I don’t want to be my child’s best friend; I want to be a mom. But I do want my child to come to me when they have problems and need to talk, so it’s going to be about treading that line.”

Jessica was also asked about going through pregnancy and said that the pregnancy had mellowed her out.

“At the end of the day I am so tired I can’t function or speak and my eyes glaze over, but this pregnancy has seriously mellowed me out, which is nice. I’ve been going, going, going for so long, it feels nice not to take things so seriously.”

Jessica Alba’s costars Justin Timberlake and Mike Myers in The Love Guru showered the new mom with well-wishes Monday.

“Congratulations Jessica!” said Timberlake at a press day in L.A. for the comedy. “She seems very patient, and I would assume that’s what it takes to be a good mother, a good parent for that matter.”

Alba, 27, and her husband Cash Warren, 31, welcomed daughter Honor Marie Warren on Saturday in Los Angeles.

“Honor Marie – that’s a cool name,” Timberlake says. “I’m happy for them. It’s beautiful.”

“She’ll be a great mother,” adds Myers. “She’s smart, she’s talented and she’s one of the most down-to-earth people I’ve ever worked with.”

And Guru costar Romany Malco says, “I would see her as being the type of mom who’s hip, hot, and at the same time very stern.”
